Each Family Pack will have approximately:
10 lbs. of steaks
12 lbs of roasts
14 one lb. packages of ground
beef
They are for sale at $7.00 a lb.
Steaks include some of the following: Ribeye, New York, Top
Sirloin, Top Round, Sirloin Tip, Flank, Skirt, Hangar
Roasts include some of the following: Rump, Chuck, English, Pikes Peak,
Brisket, Pot Roast, Tri-Tip,
Stew Beef, Short Ribs, Back Ribs.
** There is no Tenderloin/Fillet in the family packs. It is
just too expensive, and would totally skew the pricing**

respond with availability. As soon as we know an arrival date, we will

within the Boulder/Denver area
Remember: Hoot ‘n’ Howl-Our Pastures beef is 100%
grass-fed. Our cattle have never been fed corn or other grain. They
have never been given antibiotics or hormones. They have never been
exposed to pesticides. They live their entire lives on the pasture—eating
grass. They NEVER see a feedlot!
Cooking tip: Cook Hoot ‘n’ Howl Our Pastures beef more
slowly than regular beef. Place it further from the heating element or
coals, and cook longer. But not too long! Don’t let it get dry.
You’ll notice that a pound of raw meat yields almost a pound
of cooked meat. Your burgers won’t shrink on the grill!
